We had a lovely stay with you. The location & facilities are excellent, the staff are exemplary and the food & beverage options also excellent. Lots and lots of young families which is the only reason we would not return. Some quieter 'adults only' areas would have been very welcome.

Especial thank you to Mr.Omar. He always treated us with a smile and also as I am celiak and can’t have gluten, he created a 3course menu every day for breakfast , lunch and dinner. Also thanks to Faruk and team in the restaurant . I am beyond grateful! Also Marlyn at reception. Not only she greeted us in Slovenian and spoke a few of out words which was cute also checking us in early. When you have a toddler and sleep schedule, this means so much! Jose at the pool bar for amazing energy. We have been to a lot of resorts however the customer service here is top notch! Everyone greeted us with a smile and helped if needed.

Went to celebrate birthday with my family. Excellent resort facilities very well planned and excellent cooperative staff team. The room was good though the furniture was old and slightly damaged. It can be overlooked the Bed mattress was bad with pillows got a bad catch with neck shoulder pain.

Food was excellent, EVERY member of staff was friendly, courteous and ever so helpful and the setup of the hotel complex was first class

Resort itself is beautiful, nice pools, beaches and the food. Service from the buggy drivers was good, the kids really enjoyed the rixy club which had so many different clubs from sports to cooking which they loved. The location is amazing and I have to say the beach is one of the best I’ve been to, we weee in the villas by the pool so on most days we had this to ourselves. Just as most resorts a major sun bed deficiency on the beach unless you wake up at the crack of dawn your not going to get one. Now for the downsides, we didn’t have a working shower on the first day, the second day it went one step further and we had no water at all. When asked I was told it would be fixed in an hour…. An hour later I returned and there was no shower working and we didn’t have hot water. I was then told the would send a buggy so we could shower across over at the spa. So that was a bit of a rush to get to lunch before it closed and the kids wanted to go to kids club. The service was questionable, tables left uncleaned in the buffet as well as the pool bar where there were loads of flies, the snack guy that was there at the beginning also disappeared so there were no snacks, on the last night they even ran out of cups to serve drinks! Being able to get drinks at breakfast was a complete mission and almost impossible to get, once ordered they would turn up when you were leaving. On the last night the hotel decided to increase the temperature of our air con and limit it at 21, so we ended up having a very hot night of sleep before getting our morning flight, not the best way to end a holiday.
