Very nice property and all inclusive concept is very good.
It was as good as we remembered of our last stay at the hotel. We had a bit of a hiccup with check in, but the staff every single one made sure we were taken care of in every way possible nothing as an issue . And we are extra grateful for their hard work.
From the onset of our check in, we already felt the hospitality from Front Desk, Buggy drivers, & Valet assistants. Elom, Dolly & Prakash made our check in easy & quick. The hotel amenities are excellent, spacious villa rooms, option for multiple pools, greens around the hotel. Lovely restaurants & very good buffet in the Turquoise restaurant. Our children enjoyed all the swimming & the Rixy Kids Club. We will definitely return for longer stays.
All staffs are friendly. Me my family had a great time. A lot of activities and food was great.
I have never been treated so well, and made so welcome. From the moment that I arrived to the moment that I left, the staff were nothing more than charming. How everyone manages to smile all day, is beyond me. I was made to feel so special. A special thank you to everyone but especially Soung at Reception, Meruyert and Michael in Customer Relations, Islam and Farouk in Turquoise, Sara, Htet-Htet, Moe,Sajad and April in The Dome. Everything and everyone made my stay the most incredible experience. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough.
Everything was perfect, except the pool water was cold for swimming.
Lovely hotel, beautiful location, great food and wonderful staff.
We were staying in this hotel in November 2025 for the second time (prevoiusly in December 2024). I can say that since our last visit hotel become a better place even so I thought it was impossible. I loved our trip in December 2024, but this time it was even more excited for us: 1) we booked to rooms and at the check-in they were upgraded to the villa rooms with the pool (see the photo attached). Many thanks for this upgrade to Angelica Berdos, the best guest relations agent. She made our stay in Rixos fantastic and supported us during all our time in the hotel 2) many thanks to our housekeeper Bal, who maintained cleanliness in our rooms and made our stay comfortable and safe 3) I also want to mention buggy driver Jerry, who always met us with wide smile and was ready to help us anytime we asked him 4) about the hotel: it is suitable and very comfortable for family vacations like mine. Great infrastructure, comfortable beaches and all inclusive service are memorable and the experience we had here was remarkable. There are a lot of activities for kids, including famous Rixy Club, waterslide, different kids entertainment (disco, masterclasses, shows and so on) I am definitely recommending this hotel and I'm planning to return back here in future.

Check in was amazing helped by Moniker Tamang, she delivered an outstanding experience for us. Room was fantastic, situation perfect, dining room staff especially Farouk,& Snow. Very attentive and accommodating service. we had a fantastic stay.
