I really enjoyed the stay the only disturbing thing was the day use people who make crowdness at the pool and beach also the toilets were poor cleaned after their use on the pool and also the beach..better to stop the day use option and preserve the beauty for those who actually stay at the hotel

It was really nice, the only downside for family with kids is the absence of Waterpark.

Short stay in villa 223. Spacious nice clean villa but some amenities are deficient and the toilet flush is not working. But overall a very great experience i will definitely repeat. The food was so amaaaaazing

My overall experience was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well organized, creating a truly relaxing stay. What made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service, especially from Afaf, who was incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming. Her support and positive attitude truly made a difference and reflected a high standard of hospitality. Thank you, Afaf, and the entire team for a memorable stay. After a dreadful hotelexperience in Mecca, we decided to book 2 nights at this place, and it was the perfect remedy. The place is lovely. The staff is amazing, and the restaurants offered a wide range of food. They were able to cater to most of what we needed. Even beeing able to aoid ultraprocessed food, which was a hard task in this country during our travel. After our travel to Medina and Mecca, this spontanius and unplanned stay felt like heaven, and we will be coming back next time we visit Saudi. The place delivers on all matters, and truly deserve praise. The only (and it is a minor thing) is that the volume of the speakers by the pool is blasting quite high in the afternoon. The mid-day lounge sound and volume was much more to our liking, as we have no need to feel like we’re at a pool party. We do give our highest recomendations to Rixos. -This is truly impressive work, and worth every SAR payed

Before arriving, I expected a beautiful resort with modern amenities, but what took me by surprise was the sheer variety and incredible quality of the food options. My family and I truly enjoyed all the food offerings and there were options to suit every palate. The Kids and Teens clubs were also great with lots of activities throughout the day. We had a short 1 night stay at the resort but would definitely recommend 2 or more nights to truly experience and enjoy everything that's on offer.
