We had an amazing experience at Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North. Everything was perfect - spotless rooms, fantastic dining, great entertainment, and incredibly kind staff. A wonderful place for a relaxing beach vacation. We will definitely come back!

Our appreciation extends as well to Mohamed and Ameen from the adults’ pool bar team, who were among the memorable highlights of our stay. Their friendliness and dedication added joy and comfort every day. Also we will not forget all of the team in the restaurant which located in M2 floor, like the bar tenders from Pakistsn and Mororoco as we forgot their names, they was an example of the profionslism and satisfied guests' service. Finally, our thanks go to the entire Turkish team and all hotel staff without exception for their continuous efforts in providing the highest standards of service. Me and my family had an absolutely fantastic stay! We booked two double family rooms with breakfast and stayed for two weeks. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely at home. The valet team, security, and concierge — especially Ghazi, Joseph, and Azeem — were superb throughout our stay. A special mention also goes to Mr. Ali, the head of security, who was always nearby to make sure we were well looked after. The reception team were equally wonderful — too many names to list, but every single one of them was welcoming, helpful, and professional. At breakfast, the experience was excellent every morning. The chefs, Mr. Yatim and Ahmed, along with the waiting staff — Mr. Ali, Zaynep, Patricia, and Khushnu, just to name a few — were fantastic. The food was fresh, tasty, and constantly replenished. The waterpark was another highlight! It’s huge, with plenty of rides to enjoy and beaches perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Again, the staff there were amazing — always friendly and attentive. From the warm welcome by Clifford and Thalo at the entrance, to Teresa and Mohammed by the jet skis, everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. The lifeguards deserve a special mention for their care and attentiveness, particularly Salim, Suleman, and Zaynab.
