Absolutely loved every minute we spent at this hotel, outstanding hospitality, delicious food, amazing staff, beautiful gardens and very comfortable and beautiful rooms

Staff are fantastic especially Mahmoud Ahmed and the cleaner who works with him. The beach was a bit too crowded for us and construction noise was a pain. (Not informed about) & too many kids for us so we retreated to the lotus pool which was much quieter and suited us. We struggled to get reservations at any restaurants so gave in and went to the Turquoise restaurant every day. Food good & staff great but food could have been a bit hotter, however if you go to the pasta station it’s piping hot and the guy was so funny. I had the pasta a little too often 🥰 The air con didn’t seem to work on the first night but after letting reception know the next day it was sorted. Fantastic. Service from any staff member was out of this world and nothing was too much trouble. The ice cream parlour was a real treat too. Room fantastic, service outstanding. We would go back & thanks for a pleasurable stay

We had a fabulous time once again at Rixos premium Magawish suites and villas. We were in a pool villa. The only negative in our pool villa was that there was a generating building within it that gave a hum all the time so when you were lounging by the pool listening to nature you had a relatively low background hum and also in the villa at times. We had some fabulous evenings in the Brazilian restaurant and great service again from Ahmed zainn and also from peoples restaurant by Mubarak and Ali and Hazem who was so thoughtful and also served us at Salt restaurant. We were at Rixos in March and had such a good time that we rebooked for November and were not disappointed by our return, where we booked a pool villa
