It was fine overall
well located, great beaches, good customer service, only the hotel is old and needs some maintenance in rooms but common area are in good shape
my room is very far away from the center of the hotel. For this reason I had difficulty in reaching out the program.
My stay was amazing, everything was great, room big, comfortable and clean, food delicious, nature is breathtaking, a lot of trees on the hotel grounds, and the beach made greatly with molls and etc.
Our guest relations assistant, Ebru, was fabulous. She really helped with making sure we had the daily activities programme and booking a la carte restaurants. She was an excellent communicator and very professional. Our room (1205) was quite dated in its decor and furniture, but it was spacious. Cleaning staff were very hard working and polite. A la carte restaurants (Bloom and Teppanyaki) were both excellent with food quality, wine selection and service. Breakfast was an excellent selection and we tended to go early to avoid the busy times. We did not enjoy the evening buffet in the main restaurants. It was noisy, hectic, difficult to find a table and the food was not always as hot as it should have been. The swimming pools were very cold and meant we rarely swam. There were plenty of loungers available. We enjoyed the Fantasy and Marine bars as we were able to find a quieter space to relax.
Place has everything you can ask for from small babies to adults. The staff never stopped always cleaning, staff at Rixy club were great with the kids as were the boys on rollerblades bringing you drinks at the pool, The food at the buffet is repetitive yes same as any other buffet you goto but we always went to bed with a full belly. We are already on looking to book up for next year.
I really loved the experience from facilities to staff to everything. Couple things I would improve, food was good but sometimes things were under cooked. Also I don't enjoy DJ, they did a show once at the big stage I loved it. but maybe other love the DJ idk
Really good all round hotel. Lots to do and explore. Plenty of food choice which tasted great. Beautiful location and views. Lovely big pools with music.
Was exceptional food lovely and hotel was huge and clean staff friendly. Ebru Yildiz kept us informed on everything what was going on and helped us throughout.
The hotel was very well maintained, great food, service and staff.It would get a 10 rating if there were an adult only pool/beach area and even buffet eating section.
Overall quality of the stay was very high, very well trained personnel, high quality foods, customer oriented approach has been felt at every part of the stay. Thanks to Rixos to creat such an incredible environment. The rixy kids club was absolutely wonderful, amazing activities with full of fun and great dining experience with the new child restaurant. We had great dinners at cactus, mandarin and Bloom restaurants Especially Bloom was unforgettable thanks to Recep Bey. Special thanks to Maria Sileli for her amazing hospitality!!!
I come to your hotel every year. What I experience it that quality of the services (staff, their approach, food, drinks, cleaning) gets worse.
