⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely top-class holiday at Rixos Premium Seagate – exceeded all expectations! Rixos Premium Seagate was truly impressive from start to finish, honestly one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at. The entire hotel area is huge and incredibly well maintained – greenery, cleanliness and perfect order everywhere. All walkways are well lit, cleaning staff works throughout the day, and even with a large number of guests everything remained spotless. Location & facilities – The resort is massive, yet very logically and comfortably designed. – Electric carts transport guests around the area – fast, convenient and completely free. – The private beach is wide, clean and safe. The water is crystal clear, perfect for snorkeling. – 11 pools (including children’s pools, quiet zones and adults-only areas). – The waterpark is truly top-notch – slides, attractions and lifeguards everywhere. Rooms & comfort The room was modern, stylish and very well soundproofed. – Large comfortable bed – Daily thorough cleaning – Strong air conditioning (very important in the heat) – Minibar refilled daily with free drinks – High-quality bathroom amenities and soft towels Every detail felt thoughtful — even the bathrobes and slippers felt luxurious. Food & restaurants The food was honestly one of the highlights of the whole stay. Huge variety and consistently high quality. – Main restaurant features different themed stations every day: fresh grill, seafood, pasta corner, sushi, Turkish dishes, desserts. – Real freshly squeezed orange juice every morning — not from concentrate. – A’la carte restaurants were excellent — especially the Italian and Turkish ones. – Cocktails are made with quality brands, bartenders are skilled, nothing watered down. – Even the beach bar serves hot food, ice cream and fresh smoothies — super convenient! Service & staff Service at Rixos Premium Seagate is absolutely first-class. – Staff is always smiling, friendly and helpful — even during the busiest times. – Everyone speaks English very well. – Housekeeping did a very thorough job every day. – Hostesses and bartenders remembered your drink preferences. – Kids club staff is professional, attentive and extremely kind. Entertainment & activities – Professional evening shows every night (acrobats, live musicians, DJs). – Large international events and themed evenings. – Sports program: yoga, aqua fitness, tennis, gym. – Plenty of activities for children — playrooms, outdoor areas, animation, playgrounds. Overall impression The entire holiday was incredibly smooth and completely stress-free. Everything is designed so that guests can simply relax and enjoy their time without worrying about anything. Every detail — from food to service — was consistently high quality. I want to express my sincere appreciation to Rixos Seagate for an exceptional stay. Everything was perfect — from the warm hospitality to the incredible level of service. But what truly stood out was the food and dining experience. The variety, taste, freshness, and presentation were beyond amazing. Every meal felt like a celebration, and the staff made sure we always felt welcomed and taken care of. Thank you for creating such a memorable experience. From start to finish, we had a great stay. Any small issues were quickly sorted. We found the fridge in our room wasn't working and after mentioning it to our room boy, he appeared in 5 minutes with a new fridge, way beyond our expectations. Also security fixed an issue with our safe and literally arrived not long after calling - again, a really positive experience. We found all the staff to be very professional and happy, and many went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely time. The quality of the food was superb in all restaurants, thanks to Elsaid for his great service. The gardens were immaculate and the gardeners really work so hard to keep it looking so special. The waiting staff and life guards/pool boys were also very, very good and ensured we had anything we needed with a smile. Our room boy also did a fantastic job. We wanted to say a huge thanks to Saleh who runs the a la carte restaurants - he was extremely helpful, very friendly and his attention really did make our holiday extra special. Thank you Saleh - we were sad to have not found you on our last day to say a special thank you! The animation team did a great job too and we really enjoyed the evening shows. Also another mention for Karim and Shady who worked the x-lounge - thank you for your great service even though you were so very busy during the shows. Planet Coffee was oustanding and a real highlight too - it was brilliant and we were always waiting at 8am for that first coffee of the day. Another mention to the spa - a very good hamman and massage by Petty and Tanya - very professional and very relaxing. So overall, an amazing holiday. The only downside for us were the children, often not supervised by parents, but this isn't something the hotel can do anything about. We were really sad to notice young children in the buffet restaurant handling food, licking fingers and then replacing food back on the buffet. Maybe some type of higher perspex guide to reduce this might help.

Excellent from start to finish. Lovely room, with a pool view. Great food. Weather was glorious.
We are a family of 10 travelling with 2 very small children 2 older children and 6 adults. We enjoyed our short break of 7 days. However, trying to book an al la carte restaurant so difficult even if we tried to book them separately. The bar service of an evening at any bar was really not acceptable. We waited over 40 minutes for 6 drinks and asked 3 times where our drinks were. We ended up walking out in the end as we had waited so L.. In the day, the pool bars constantly ran out of lager and red wine. We did manage to find a great waiter in the lovely Shady, who looked after us so well. We found all staff to be pleasant and eager to please apart from a very rude housekeeper whom my daughter gave a £10 tip to on our second day and he just waked out of the room and slammed the door behind him. On the next to last day he came to room and told my daughter he was leaving to go to Cairo at 5pm and to remember to see him before he went, presumably looking for another tip.

Third time for us in Egypt, first time at Rixos. We were impressed about the staff, the food, the cleaning, icecream(yummy). Everything was perfect! We loved that we have access to other Rixos Hotels as well. We received also a room upgrade from Aqua to the sea side part which was perfect for us, because we stay mainly at the beach! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!
