Great hotel Great staff the secret beach is the icing on the cake
Everyone was very welcoming, and professional throughout, beautiful hotel.
Lovely, opulent room with its own small garden. Food and drink exceptionally good. Staff were friendly and could not do enough for you. I think the staff were the best I have encountered in years.
Really good time for us. Staff very helpful, gardens lovely, food and drink amazing the swimming pools were good. We enjoyed yoga and table tennis. Noise from boat yard intrusive and spoilt our relaxation in room.

Lovely stay in an amazing hotel. The rooms were stunning and all staff were friendly and attentive. Would like to particularly thank Mehmet and the staff at the Nox bar for their knowledge of cocktails!

Wow !!! This place just kept on giving , From a spacious room with the most classic decor , outdoor surroundings was just well maintained and beautiful. Pool area was very spacious with comfy sun beds , the pool bar cocktails were by far the best ever ! All premium brands ! Peoples restaurants al a carte both during lunch time (not requires reservation) & evening ( reservation ) was excellent ! All staff are very friendly and attentive! Marina is totally stunning and the hotel offers a 3 hour boat trip per stay that is also a must that has around 3 stops in different bays for you to swim in the sea , light refreshments are included and this service is also free ! Transfer boat trip to the secret beach , this experience gives that extra vibe !(free) Secret beach just wow! Azure al a carte beach restaurant is absolutely amazing (reservations not required ) Local town Goceck is a 10 minute stroll from the complex that offers vast amounts of beach side restaurants & bars , premium shops . A beautiful pretty town to visit. Starbucks situated with the complex , Gym ,Spa and there’s different classes that run throughout the day , yoga , Pilates, bike spinning and more ! Complex also has a cake shop , several restaurants , bars , outside entertainment, shops. You’ll never tire of this place , for us it kept on giving. We was sad to leave after our 10 night stay .we will most certainly return, we are keeping all crossed that it comes on sale for 2026! By far the best stay & experience we’ve had to date ! A wonderful stay overall, great food, excellent service and immaculate accommodation. We would definitely return as all staff were extremely friendly, attentive and couldn't do enough for us. Food at Azur and L'Olivo particularly were exceptional. The boat trips and service were also brilliant and we're made even more special by your kind staff. The only issue we had and these are minor were the cats, we appreciate they are part of hotel life but they would often jump up on tables and chairs whilst guests were eating and many staff allowed this. It would have been nice to see more staff around the restaurants take a bit more due care and attention to ensure guests felt comparable with the cats around so close to their food or try and chase them off when they were begging, it was a little uncomfortable sometimes and sadly my father in law was scratched and bitten by one of the cats when he tried move it from our table. The only other issue we had was with also food, the potatoes and vegetables on many of the main dishes in People's were cold. There was also some elements missing from dishes in various restaurants despite being on the menu; for example my mother ordered sea bream at the fish restaurant which was supposed to come with potatoes and only the fish and the salad leaves were on the plate. Overall the stay was absolutely great and we are looking forward to returning.

Second visit for us and enjoyed it as much as the first time. Was sceptical as recent reviews had been negative, but we were not disappointed. Lovely spacious rooms all well located within the resort. Resort is well maintained. All staff were lovely and service could not be faulted. Quality of food was good in all places that we ate. Overall a great holiday and will definitely return.
A great hotel in a great location Close to the airport but very quiet Happy and friendly staff always willing to help In need of some tlc just to keep up the high standards Room was clean but item replacement was not carried out and beds not properly made
