From the start of walking off the plane to meeting your in house taxi service was brilliant, we were so impressed that we have become a member, so will be seeing you all soon.
My wife and I wanted three days a way and we decided for Rixos Belek. We stay at least once a month in Belek, Kundu hotels and were never at Rixos. That will now change. By far our favorite hotel. The variety of food and areas is unparalleled and top notch.

Lovely facilities. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Food really great. But hated the bedroom. Big piece of marble sticking out in bathroom which I constantly walked into. Very dark mirrors making it impossible to sit down and do my hair and makeup. Made me angry every day which isn’t what you want on a holiday
Felt very welcome here , was one of the best hotels I have stayed in !

We had a great time after all. So comfortable and memorable time what he received. Well cooking food and great staff to take care of us. Mr. Eren and Mr. Berkan are great host and so careful about all details of what we need it. Thank to them specifically.
Lovely hotel and staff are great. Clean facilities and food is lovely! Had one problem and that was booking the restaurants on the app. The app is not good at all and other options should be made. We was fortunate our assistants Emine and Kaan booked us in all restaurants.

I recently stayed at Rixos Premium Belek and had the most incredible experience from start to finish. The service was truly exceptional - every member of staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. The food was fantastic with so many delicious options, and everything was always fresh and beautifully presented. A special shoutout to Gauhar and Anil, who were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. They were incredibly helpful, quick with their responses, and made sure every request was handled with care and efficiency. Their warm and professional approach really made our trip even more enjoyable. The resort itself is stunning, with great facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. Whether it was dining, entertainment, or just unwinding, everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend Rixos Premium Belek - we can't wait to come back!
