We had an absolutely incredible stay from start to finish. ALL staff were so friendly and attentive and the food options were amazing. The hotel is beautiful with so many pools and the private beach to choose from. The entertainment is lively and fun, but you can also easily find a chilled out spot in the lobby bar for a quieter atmosphere. Highly recommend we will be returning.
We stayed for 1 week and were sad to say goodbye. Everything was 5 star especially the staff and entertainment. Liva was very hospitable after we had a bit of an issue with our booking when we arrived. After that she sorted everything and anything we needed along with the staff to make our experience magical.
We had a wonderful week stay in December where we loved all the Christmas light display and hotel experience- the staff are amazing with an incredible service and eye for detail and cleanliness

Our fourth visit, we very rarely go back to the same place as we love travelling and seeing new places. However, Rixos allows us to relax around the pools and enjoy the restaurants which serve great food by attentive staff who make the experience even better..
