Amazing stay at the TUI magiclife Rixos, very nice beach, great for swimming. cool and chill vibes! great selection of food for all breakfast, lunch dinner! overall super experience and we hope to visit again!
The hotel was amazing, service, staff, activities. I would definitely come back to your hotel. But please make the rooms more cleaner and the room service more efficient. Our room was not as it cleaned that is super to be, and everytime they come and clean the room they only change the trashes and towels and coffee and tea, no soaps refill, dental kit refill, nothing has really been refilled in bathroom space.
All the Employees were so nice, food was amazing, the room was great, thanks for the room upgrade!
Good stay but not your typical Rixos. I had read some fairly bad reviews of the hotel but was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Some areas are dated. Our room ac left a lot to be desired so we were glad it wasn’t any hotter. I felt it lacked a little of the Rixos magic. The staff however were on the whole fab
A liitle bit dissapoint about quality food and minibar. Mini bar was not filled everyday.

Otel cok hijyenik ve cok konforluydu, odamız mükemmeldi. Calısan tüm ekip inanılmaz kibardı. Yemekler konusunda da mutluyduk. Deniz ve havuz kenarındaki plastik şezlonglar ve denizdeki güneş koruma tentelerinin eskimiş ve kötü görünüyor olmasını rixos kalitesine yakıştıramadık yalnızca :)
Daha önce birçok defa konakladığımız oteldi. Öncelikle çok memnun ayrıldık. Personel güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Eleştirim ise dondurma daha kaliteli olabilir ( carte dore, magnum gibi), ayrıca kuruyemiş çok kalitesiz( daha kaliteli ürün ve cips verilmesi çok iyi olur.
Herşey mükemmel keşke şöyle de olsaydı dediğim hiçbir şey yok ama illaki bir şey yazacak olsam garsonlar Türkçe bilse iyi olur bide akşam yemekleri 22 ye kadar sürse iyi olur 21.15 de toplanıyor tadına doyamadık akşam yemeklerinin
I recently stayed at the TUI Magic Life Rixos Beldibi +16 and would like to share my experience. The front desk and guest relations teams were exceptional—professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. Their service truly stood out. However, my stay was affected by several issues that should be addressed. First, the room furniture is noticeably old and needs refurbishment. Also, the room does not include an ironing board, and guests are directed to use the hotel’s paid laundry service instead, which is inconvenient for basic needs. Most importantly, I encountered unacceptable behavior from the staff member who carried my luggage to the room. When I offered a small tip because I did not have enough cash at that moment, he became visibly upset and threw the money outside near my room door. This was extremely disappointing and left my family with a negative first impression upon arrival. Tipping should never be treated as an obligation, and staff should be properly trained on guest etiquette and professionalism. Overall, while the hospitality team at the reception is excellent, the hotel must improve room amenities and ensure that all staff treat guests respectfully, regardless of tipping.
