Excellent staff and service and superb food and restaurants
We stayed for a week, the hotel was relaxing and the staff could not do enough to make your stay the best.
The hotel staff make you feel so special. They are all so polite and positive it’s truly a wonderful place to stay.
Great location at the quiet end of the outer branch of the palm in Dubai, where you can watch the hustle and bustle of the city without it distracting your relaxation time. The hotel and beach are excellent, the staff go above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble for them. The food and drinks are high quality and there is a choice of buffet style and three a la carte restaurants. We had the most amazing time at the Rixos on the palm for our first ever visit to Dubai and after this wonderful experience we will be back.
Fantastic hotel, except the evening entertainment which needs to be improved, there is a singing group every night, we stayed 10 nights, and we saw the same group of people twice under two different names, also there needs to be more for teenages, only a 1 pool table which you have to pay for, maybe a dart board or games room etc
The staff at the Rixos are amazing. So helpful and accommodating. Friendly and efficient from reception to housekeeping to pool and waiting staff. Made our stay absolutely wonderful

Everything you would expect from Dubai “Class”
The Hotel was truly 5 star. Love the way you were always on hand to serve us. On many all inclusive hotels they cut corners with cheaper drinks and slow sevrice. Yours was fantastic, just keep doing what you are doing!
Everything catered for and very professional
Overall everything was fine, except the first day we got room above the bar and due to a lot of noises nobody was able to sleep till late night
