We recently stayed at Rixos JBR in Dubai as a family with our 9-month-old baby, and we were absolutely impressed. The entire staff is extremely child-friendly, and we immediately felt welcome. Our room was very spacious, giving our baby plenty of space to crawl and play comfortably. The pool area is fantastic for both adults and children/babies, the music around the pool is well mixed, and both the food and drinks served there are top-notch. The overall food quality is great as well, especially the desserts at dinner. A little more variety for dinner would be appreciated. We are overall extremely satisfied with our stay. There were only two minor points worth mentioning: On some days, the music from the neighboring beach club was quite loud, especially when traveling with a baby. Luckily, the hotel immediately offered a solution and changed our room to the city side. Thanks a lot. Highly appreciated. Secondly, while the staff was always loving and positive towards our baby, many employees touched our baby’s hands, feet, or face. It would be better to maintain a little more distance, as most parents may find this uncomfortable. Overall, we highly recommend Rixos JBR and would happily return! Some words to housekeeping: I had an excellent experience with Ali Raza from housekeeping service. He is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and always very attentive to every detail. The rooms were consistently spotless and perfectly organized, and he always made sure everything felt welcoming and comfortable. Thanks for this great service

We spent one week at Rixos Premium JBR in a one-bedroom premium suite with our 1.5-year-old son. The sea view was outstanding, and we really enjoyed every moment. The hotel is stylish, elegant, and modern, and the location is super convenient. Beach Avenue, Dubai Marina, and the metro station are all within walking distance. The hotel’s amenities are excellent - good restaurants, an amazing breakfast, a superb pool area, a private beach, cool gym, and our son absolutely loved the Rixy Kids Club. The staff at the hotel are true professionals, super friendly, and always paid kind attention to our son. A big thank-you to housekeeping, especially Mr. Saimon. He always made sure nothing was missing, kept our room perfectly clean and comfortable, and did everything with a smile. Also, a big thank-you to the Concierge desk, who really helped us arrange safe transport and took care of all our special requests.

From the moment we arrived, the reception team welcomed us warmly and immediately made us feel comfortable. We were smoothly assisted with our check-in and our luggage was taken care of right away, which was a great start to our stay. The room was spacious, modern, perfectly clean, and offered a beautiful view of Dubai Ain (Eye). The service throughout the entire stay was exceptional — friendly staff, great housekeeping, and always a willingness to help. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality dishes. The overall dining experience truly exceeded our expectations — everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The hotel facilities, including the pool and beach area, were outstanding and very well maintained. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR and would happily return. Highly recommended.
We enjoyed our stay a lot. The personnel is super supportive and welcoming. Room was big with huge bathroom which had separate bath and shower. The only thing I noticed is the way how at the pool area guests are placing their towels on the sun beds and they are not there for several hours, which was limiting possibility to enjoy sun for others. And it was not taken care of by the hotel staff, despite at the towel handout there's a sign saying that after 1 hour unattended left belongings will be removed.
This was our second visit to hotel and experience again was excellent - all staff friendly and helpful, particularly Wora on Checkin desk and all staff at pool hut & Azure as well as front and concierge desks. Breakfast was rather more chaotic in first half of stay due to busy hotel but more enjoyable after. Only negative (not Rixos's fault) was outrageously loud music up to 4 am from Five hotel at weekends.

Our stay at the Rixos was exceptional. The service from check in to checking out was superb. The staff could not do enough for you. The beach, and the service at the beach and pool area was first class. The choice of food from the buffet will suit everyone, even if you are the fussiest of people, there is a massive good quality selection. Its hard to single out any individual person as they all need a pat on the back for customer service.
