The stay was excellent, the food delicious, the organization superb, and the location convenient. However, we kindly request that you turn on the air conditioning (cold mode) until mid-December, as the rooms are often warm and uncomfortable for sleeping.
We enjoyed our stay in the hotel - it has awesome location, stuff tries to make stay pleasant, and I really enjoyed variety of Turkish dishes in restaurant. I found out that food choice became bigger this year. Hotel territory looked clean and beautiful. Room was clean.
I stayed with my brother for five nights recently. The resort staff was very cooperative, and they made sure we had the best experience.
We came on a family holiday with our nearly 2 year old, the hotel was lovely although the rooms were abit outdated in comparison to the lobby and bars. The staff were exceptional, really lovely and helpful. The food was probably our least favourite part of the stay, most of the food tasted the same and we got tired of it on day 2 of our 7 day stay but it was fresh and hot.

Hi, the Rixos downtown hotel is good 8/10 but not excellent , I’ve stayed at better hotels that are 10/10 example delphin impreal, TUI masmavi belek are much better . Also you need to keep the beach bar open all year round because people pay a lot of money to stay there .
this is my 4th stay in the hotel, nice vibes, we do enjoy the stay. very good service and staff and for sure i will come again.
Rooms and food can improve otherwise location and staff and hotel poolside was stunning
First of all, we would like to thank all the staff for the excellent service.From the reception -who were always available for guests at any time-to the well-organized meals and good food ,everything was handled smoothly.The entire staff,including the entertainment team and all other.
